TETRIS GLEQUIN NAILS TUTORIAL

Hi guys, so here's the tutorial for these nails which I showed you at the beginning of January, hope it helps ! Enjoy

What you will need 

Base Coat (not pictured)
Base colour - I used W7 Black
5 different colour glequins (I'm using Red, Orange, Blue, Silver and Green)
Orange wood stick to pick up your glequins (or whatever you use)
Topcoat 

 

Before I started I quickly sketched out how I wanted the shapes to fit together, if you think this will help you you can do it too, if not then just skip this step!

STEP 1 - Apply your base colour (after base coat) 

STEP 2 - Apply topcoat to the area you want to stick on your glequins 

It helps to have all the lids off your pots so your ready and the topcoat doesn't dry before you stick them on

STEP 3 - Onto your wet topcoat apply your glequins in the first shape

STEP 4 - Repeat step 3 again and apply the glequins in the different shapes 

until your happy with how it looks

STEP 5 - Finally top coat the whole design 

There you go a really simple design, just a little bit of patience is needed and that's about it !
