Album review: Kelis - Wanderland

I really felt sorry for Kelis when her second studio album Wanderland released, because I knew it was going to fade into complete obscurity. The lead single was too weird for radio, and pretty much anybody at that point. And the album dropped mere weeks before Michael Jackson’s long-awaited album Invincible. Only YEARS later would I go on to discover that this album didn’t even release in the US.
